Shipping policy

Shipping area
We currently ship to Canada only.

Processing time
Each order is prepared and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Delivery time
Once shipped, orders are delivered within 6–10 business days, depending on your location within Canada.

Total estimated time
Expect 7–13 business days total between placing your order and receiving it, outside of peak periods (sales, holidays).

Shipping fees
Free tracked shipping on all orders of $50 CAD or more. A shipping fee may apply on orders below that amount (shown at checkout).

Order tracking
A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships. You can also track your package via the "Track Your Order" page on our site.

Delays
Delays outside our control (weather, customs, carrier issues) may occur. Please contact us if your package exceeds the stated delivery window.

Shipping address
It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address. Northea is not responsible for packages undelivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
